W.A. LAW: Establishing a Digital Footprint for Legal Services

About: W.A. LAW is a legal and consulting firm based in Thailand, providing services in litigation, corporate law, contracts, immigration and employment. The firm struggled with a lack of online presence, making it difficult for potential clients to find them.

Goal: The project aimed to establish W.A. LAW’s online presence and increase awareness of their services through a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

Outcome: The students developed a new website for W.A. LAW, set up a Google Business profile and made a new visual image for their Facebook page. They created business cards and content ideas for social media, including posts on how to start working in Thailand and client testimonials. By recommending regular updates and by improving the firm’s online presence, the students helped W.A. LAW become more accessible and appealing to both local and international clients.

Casalli Resort: A Luxurious Getaway with Social Media Magic

About: Casalli Resort is a luxurious retreat located in the historical Ayutthaya, offering top-notch services to customers from all over the world. Despite its high-quality offerings, the resort faced challenges in reaching a broader audience especially from western countries Europe/USA.

Goal: The project aimed to boost the resort’s online visibility and attract more international customers through engaging social media content.

Outcome: The student team focused on enhancing Casalli Resort’s Instagram and TikTok presence. They created creative video content, including mini-tours and behind-the-scenes clips, and utilized targeted hashtags to reach a wider audience.

Thai Dress Ayutthaya: Preserving Ancient Elegance

About: Thai Dress Ayutthaya specializes in authentic ancient Thai clothing, offering both rental and purchase options in their shop. The boutique faced challenges in reaching international tourists.

Goal: The project aimed to broaden Thai Dress Ayutthaya’s appeal to tourists and improve its accessibility through strategic social media marketing.

Outcome: The students devised a plan to enhance the boutique’s visibility by creating bilingual (Thai and English) content on multiple social media platforms. They launched an Instagram account showcasing the intricate designs and high quality of the ancient Thai clothing, accompanied by engaging stories and posts. Additionally, the team proposed setting up stands near popular tourist sites and organizing fashion tours to highlight the boutique’s offerings. Collaborations with local hotels and tour companies were recommended for cross-promotional opportunities. This approach was designed to overcome the language barrier, attract more tourists, and elevate the boutique’s profile as a cultural landmark, making it a go-to destination for those seeking to experience and appreciate traditional Thai attire.

Kantikki Restaurant: A Riverfront Dining Experience

About: Kantikki is a charming Thai restaurant located along the river, offering a unique dining experience with the option to rent one of their three boats for dinner cruises. This picturesque setting and immersive dining experience needed a modern marketing boost to attract more customers, especially young adults and tourists.

Goal: The project aimed to enhance Kantikki’s visibility among a younger demographic and tourists, leveraging modern social media strategies and emphasizing the unique river cruise dining experience.

Outcome: The students developed a comprehensive marketing plan that included the creation of a visually appealing Instagram profile showcasing the restaurant’s stunning riverfront location, delicious Thai cuisine, and the unique boat dining experience. They produced Instagram Reels and stories highlighting the preparation of popular dishes and the enchanting river cruises. A social media contest with the hashtag #KantikkiCruise encouraged customers to share their dining and cruising experiences, aiming to increase engagement and make Kantikki a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists.

Tourist Police: Always on Your Side

About: The Tourist Police are dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of tourists, presenting themselves as friendly and approachable individuals you can contact for help.

Goal: The project aimed to raise awareness about the Tourist Police through social media, making their services accessible and understandable to tourists in multiple languages.

Outcome: Students created engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, showcasing the roles and responsibilities of the Tourist Police. This included demonstrations of how they handle lost property cases and a Q&A session addressing common tourist concerns. Additionally, they developed a guide with tips for improving social media channels to enhance outreach. This initiative was designed to build trust and ensure tourists feel supported and informed during their travels.
